This is a fully 3D high-speed fighting action doujin game. It was originally released at C69 as a basic demo, where only Shinku, Suigintou, and Suiseiseki were playable, (fully voiced by the way.) But now the roster has been updated. New playable characters include: Hina Ichigo, Souseiseki, Kanaria, and even Barasuishou. It's based on the anime series Rozen Maiden which focuses mostly on a bunch of doll sisters obsessed with one-upping each other. They have weapons, they know how to fight, they knew where to bring it, and despite a darker, more serious overlying plot than you’d expect for a show about dolls, it never took itself seriously. There are plenty of laughs and heartwarming moments in between fights. This game features nine characters to choose from - each of the Rozen Maiden dolls, and the unlockable Kun-Kun. Each of the characters have their own strengths and weaknesses. ALiBAT is a top-down fighter. In order to attack, the player must first pick up an attack from one of the cases that appear at random on the field. Each case contains a limited number of one attack type. Picking up another case will destroy any attacks that were already held. When one player reduces the others' health to 0, they win the round. Each match lasts until either player has won three rounds. |
