Os 7 Invasores 44 Bico Largo 1998

The Seven Invaders is one of the four games developed by the wonderful but, alas, little-known Brazilian company founded in 1992 by several students of the art department of the University of São Paulo and originally engaged in publishing comics by its creators, and then switched to other areas of creativity, in including the development of computer entertainment. This is an interactive book interspersed with five mini-games (all of them are activated at certain points in the reading process, but are also available for separate launch through the corresponding section of the main menu), aimed at a very young audience (according to the authors themselves, from three years old and older), short - only a few turns - and with, let's say, not very deep plot. Seven small and funny green-skinned aliens flew to Earth in order to get to the concert of a popular Brazilian rock singer - however, they became victims (in the literal sense of the word, even if they did not die, but only suffered a little) of human incivility - that's, in fact, that's all . At each U-turn, in addition to a short text, displayed and duplicated by the animated figure Gustavinho - the main character of the previous and most famous game from the same developers - there are many unmarked "active points", clicking on which leads to the demonstration of certain animations - always funny, sometimes unexpected and, which is surprising, mainly related to the appearance of real monsters (where they came from on Earth is not clear); the most notable is probably the scene with the dog turning out to be a "made-up" monster. mainly related to the appearance of the most real monsters (where they came from on Earth is not clear); the most notable is probably the scene with the dog turning out to be a "made-up" monster. mainly related to the appearance of the most real monsters (where they came from on Earth is not clear); the most notable is probably the scene with the dog turning out to be a "made-up" monster. The essence of mini-games is absolutely standard. The first is a variant of tic-tac-toe on a 3x3 field, where we put images of the Earth, and a computer - a certain planet with rings like Saturn - apparently, the native world of aliens; lose or win is hardly possible. The next fun is collecting a whole image (of course, on the plot of an interactive book) from rectangular fragments that are strictly within the field; each of them can be interchanged with any other; this is perhaps the most difficult and at the same time fascinating of the local activities. Next comes a very conditional similarity to Space Invaders: in the lower part of the screen the gun automatically moves back and forth, and at the upper boundary of the space there are nine (maximum; sometimes less) objects (including both planets and everyday objects). In the lower left corner of the screen shows the number of points (from 1 to 9) given for "knocking down" one or another of them (this occurs if you press the left mouse button at a time when the muzzle of the gun is exactly under the target), and in the lower right - the amount of points that you need to score in the current round, and to win it is necessary to accrue it, and not mindlessly knock everything in a row (since if our result exceeds the required, the attempt will not be counted and the process will simply restart); thus, in this mini-game there is some educational element. The fourth entertainment is the classic mnemonic game: you need to turn over the cards - representing, what is nice, various amazing monsters - in order to find pairs of them that look identical to each other. Finally, there is the most common coloring, again including various "thematic" scenes. From the point of view of graphics, everything looks truly magnificent: a very clear rendering, a bright palette, various locations, excellent animation effects and an amazing atmosphere of "good horror".
