This was initially a free fan game based on the classic horror movie which introduced people to psychotic killer Michael Myers. You're a babysitter looking after an annoying brat on the spookiest day of the year: Halloween. After a bit of item-hunting and puzzling (tip: use spacebar to search and Esc to use, combine, and examine items), the lights go out and things get a little bit more stabby. Michael Myers himself makes an appearance, returning to his halcyon serial-murdering days. You can move upstairs in the house as well. There are several control schemes, such as 'movie' mode, which essentially borrows Resident Evil's wonderfully awkward tank controls. The game's look recreates the eighties/VHS aesthetic. The game had to be removed due to copyright infringement and was then released as Babysitter Bloodbath without the copyrighted elements. |
