Here are some useful links you should check out!

AntiVir - very good Freeware Anti Virus application
Alcohol 120% - used for making 1:1 copies
ASPI Driver - mainly needed by certain cd-r apps

CloneCD - A well known tool for 1:1 copying
CD Burner XP Pro - professional freeware app for CD burning.
CPUKiller - Slows down your PC for older games / " Rubntimme Error 200"

DAMN NFO Viewer - NFO viewer made by DAMN-Crew. Very good!
DirectX - Everyone knows, what this is, ay?
Daemon Tools - Tool for mounting CD-Images into virtual drives.. freware!
DosBox - DoS emulator for various platforms

FlashGet - An unusual good download manager. free for personal use i think.

Mozilla - Another internet browser... and a pretty cool one, too!
Mozilla Thunderbird - Email Client simliar to outlook. Very useful freeware!
Mozilla Firefox - Another Mozilla browser... this one is also cool.
mIRC - Most popular IRC client.

.NET Framework - needed for some applications.

OpenOffice.org - Complete office suite simliar to MS Office!.. but freeware!
Opera - A very good internet browser.. based on Netscape I think.

ZoneLabs has been bought out! I don't think ZoneAlzrm is still free.

ZoneAlarm was free and it is still free. The only thing you had to pay for was Zone Alarm PRO.
