Rar archives have a recovery record in them... so get Winrar , open it . select Burg2GER.rar inside Winrar , press Repair , Rar Archive fixed

by the way , its a Winxp Sp2 title ... it will work also on Vista , Win7 ... but not on Win8/8.1/10 ... on those systems SafeDisc 2 DRM this CD has was disabled
