UberLamer's HOG MEGA folder is now empty

Postby testacles22 » Thu Nov 18, 2021 1:03 pm

As per the title, the folder now shows nothing. It was titled as "Various Hidden Object + Casual Games" and it included a whole lot of games.

Random example, Magic Encyclopedia: First Story (or almost any 2008 HOG)

Filling up some of UberLamer's now-deleted HOGs

Alabama Smith in Escape from Pompeii, Mystery Cookbook, Natalie Brooks: Secrets of Treasure House, Natalie Brooks: The Treasures of the Lost Kingdom, Sprill & Ritchie: Adventures in Time, Sprill: The Mystery of The Bermuda Triangle, Treasures Of Mystery Island, The, Treasure Masters, Inc. - https://ia801709.us.archive.org/view_ar ... S_VIVA.ISO

Magic Encyclopedia: https://archive.org/download/viva-madia ... CLOPED.ISO, contains First Story, Moon Light & 3: Illusions.

Zulu's Zoo: https://archive.org/details/score190dvd (might be in Czech)

Note: this is rather big in scope, something that'll take a good while to replace those with stuff found on Archive.

There is a backup on usenet thanks to the invaluable efforts of Molitor - https://nzbindex.com/search/?q=%22LW_14071%22

I am going to purchase a usenet subscription in order to reup some of our backed up uploads from there. Also, I'm finding it very hard to get scene releases from 5 years ago from any website so usenet will help this also.

I'll try to reup this by next week.

I now reupped all of 386 titles in that folder. Sorry for the long wait. They are all separate exes. I was trying to find a way to automatically compress them individually in Winrar but with no luck.

Nice! Thank you so much, they're not easy to find

Edit: Perhaps some of these files need to be checked. Hidden Identity - Chicago.exe was a bit "iffy".

I'm installing these on an beaten old PC so I wasn't particularly concerned when it started "spawning" two exe files per second in the Temp folder (same thing it did in the virustotal sandbox)... Didn't do any long term damage though, probably it's too old to work lol

You're right about that one game, sorry about that. I'll remove it.
Here's alternate download - https://archive.org/details/reflexive_h ... goblackout
I replaced it in the folder now.
