4shared upload by nightson is down, but looks like there's an archive.org reupload of same CloneCD ISO: https://archive.org/details/heroes.-7z

You might also want to add this link to old-games.ru, because in addition to nightson's 1CD Traditional Chinese dump they also have a 2CD Simplified Chinese version (as well as full-rips for both variations of Chinese): https://www.old-games.ru/game/download/12613.html
