Seems the first game of the Farlane series (2006) was thoroughfully deleted from the Internet. AL link goes to the second game too.

You weren't kidding - the RPG ain't even archived anywhere (it even got scrubbed of Itch.io)
Unfortunately, best you can do is try bumping others if they've preserved it; here's a couple (all need logins to site/forums):

Corsairs and AbandonSocios seems not preserved it ever. And I don't speak French to convers at the rpg-maker.

Do try but don't rely as much, since it's most likely said author is behind the deletion in question...
Though, the author does know English, and has posted direct DLs once (which are now gone) here, so that's another avenue to look into
Apart from that, one will have to bother directly contacting all those suggestions now (regardless of having ever having the title - direct response of assurance is always a plus) and, if need be, translate frog
