I have downloaded the BREED game in full. Extracted firs with WINRAR,later I used the uharcgui_en.exe software to extract the files from data.uha, (the extraction was sucessfull) but i still can not play the game there is no exe file or any other launch file. I only got files like .txt and .OBJ
There is one install file however it can not be open by any software.

How can i start to play the games.

Hm.. don't know what you're doing with that uharcgui on that game

It's a rip and so it comes with all files necessary to run it. You'll just have to follow the instructions from the nfo, which should be

1. Unrar
2. run unpack.bat / install.bat
3. use xxx.exe to play
...
