Downloaded Fantasia Sango 3. How To Install? (Windows 10)

As title, I don't know how to install the files. Do I make it to ISO? Do I need daemon tool/Applocale? I forgot all that already.

The files are under MDF/MDS
Please help!

you can mount it with deamon tools
