the game not launch in win 7 32bit or 64x nor win10 32 bit but i launch this before, i try it compatibility mode but not launch, any suggestions ?

This may not be the answer you are looking for but I got it to work using Microsoft Virtual PC with Windows XP installed. You may have better luck using VMware as that supports passthrough for graphics hardware.

It's exceedingly slow on Virtual PC (lowest settings on the game). This is because Windows XP in Virtual PC can't access the GPU so calculations are done using the CPU.

It works really well in VMware Workstation 12 Player w/ Windows XP installed. You should try that.
