Rambo: The Video Game, capped at 30FPS

My desktop PC was windows 7 SP1, G3258 4.4GHz + GTX280 ,Vsync is disabled ,but capped at 30FPS

My notebook PC was windows 7 SP1 ,i7 6700HQ + GTX970M ,Vsync is disabled ,but capped at 30FPS

I checked this on pcgamingwiki,it detailed that “60FPS supported”

I also found this:

PC System Analysis For Rambo Requirements
Your PC will need a graphics card thats as powerful as a GeForce GTX 650 2GB/Radeon HD 6970 and it should be paired with either a Athlon II X4 631/Core i5-655K 3.2GHz CPU to match the Rambo recommended system specs. This PC setup will deliver 60 Frames Per Second on High graphics settings on 1080p monitor resolution. Rambo needs a Radeon HD 2350 Pro graphics card to play on low settings, with a Core 2 Duo E8300 2.83GHz or Phenom II X2 511 processor to reach the minimum specs, achieving 30FPS on 1080p monitor res. You should also have 2 GB system memory for min specs. To summarise, Rambo needs around a 6 year old PC to play at recommended settings.

and some game player also complicated about 30FPS too

So,what should I do to disable the FPS lock?

help me ,please!

you get the same answer , you would got on Steam : this game is locked to 30fps since its logic and physics where designed for this frame ratio and going over it breaks the logic of this game and makes it glitch (its a console port)... "Jade Empire" is a fine example of a frame locked game , its a RPG that was build around 30fps logic tieing it to fighting/animations/physics/music/sounds/scripts ... yes you can unlock it and go full 144 but the game logic breaks and some scripts run before some ... making this game un-playable since many quests just break , not to mention it had many anti-crack / anti-cheat systems build in and going over 30fps even on a GOG DRM free version turns them all on ... like the Save system that if the game detects if you saved on a vendor wold kill him if you speak to him (same happens on a rigged 60fps version , game senses it runs faster , thinks you save and loaded on this spot ... kills him by auto adding a dead end state)

Do you think every info on pcgamingwiki is correct? Every site has mistakes on it. I found a couple of mentions of people saying they ran game at 60FPS but no discussion as to how, so don't know if they are saying truth or not.

I remember playing Dark Souls at 60 fps, it had problems with physics, then I began playing the uncapped 60 fps at 30 and it was smoother than original 30 fps cap LOL
