it is ok now,some VPN tools are getting better and better,no good than the money-paid VPN service,but at least I can check youtube at 480P and download games from our site via a very slow speed

Brazil also banned Mega here, but if you use Mega's browser extension, it bypasses that ban.

Maybe it also works for china?

Then again, brazil's ban is mostly just for show, not actually enforced in any way.
