Ghost recon addons rip compatible ?

i heard that someone wants to upp those addons destert thunder and
maybe island thunder

my question is are these addons compatible to the rip version from this site ?

because i dont got the original cd

I'm the guy...and both rips are standalones so the original game is not needed. :)
