Chasm: The Rift ISO

Postby FangsFirst » Mon Nov 21, 2005 6:17 am

Curiosity, are the audio tracks even in this ISO? The size would seem to suggest they are, but much like the Quake ISO (both, oddly, have WinISO claiming they are multi-session yet isobuster, for instance, only lists one session) it does not *appear* to have any.

I ask because I've always loved the music for the game and my CD, being seven years old, is a little worse for wear...

Cheers.

If you can't get it to work, FangsFirst, I can upload the audio tracks seperately (which I wanted to do anyway, sometime).

there is no real need for the audio tracks as it's a clone cd Image of the cd - I avoid making .ISO format cd's for this very reason - take Operation Body Count for example - the game is like less than 15mb or something but it has audio tracks so it's 216mb clone cd image :D

Strange that they don't show up in all these programs. Oh well.
(oh, yes, it IS your upload, Hellsgate)

I'll try burning the image and see what happens.

If not, let me get back to you on a separate upload, V-Man :)

Ah, using ElaborateBytes' own software did the trick; it is naturally better at recognized an image made with its own software and so detected the audio.
Cheers and thanks much Hellsgate for the upload--especially since you sound like you're not a big fan of doing it with the audio.

lol on the contrary watson in fact you are mistaken - I don't make .ISO format CD's only Image files with complete audio with Clone cd - what's the point in Uploading a cd without it's Audio - in my opinion that's half a cd  you either upload a full cd with audio or not at all
