This is a bit of an off-topic question, but which is better for downloading games here, GetRight or Download Accelerator Plus? I use GetRight, but sometimes the files I download are corrupted and I need to re-download them. So should I try DAP?

Im using Flashget for about 3 years, errors occur very rarely. Tried the apps you mentioned too, but they apeared to be crap imo.

all those progras that have been mentioned are good but :
Getright - works better with Opera internet browser
Dap - works better with Internet Explorer 5 browser
and
Flashget - works better with Firefox internet browser

anyway all of those programs are good but you must configure them right
to make then run and then they will not corrupt your files .
but to help you in your probs take flashget becoz is it fool prof and it is not so system consuming like the other ones with they grafical munbo-jumbo + it captures all the links from the sys memory

Yay i use Opera and GetRight.

Firefox and flashget for me.. never steered me wrong.

I used to use DAP.. but found it was too... "hoggish", trying to be all glam and no bam!.. Flashget is plain and simple and works wonderfully.

Flashget combined with the Flashgot plufin for Firefox. It's almost perfect. So far 0 corrupted files.

I am habituated to use at least 10 DMs but flashget is best if it become possible to use for a particular file. Flashget buffers data before writing to disk. So the corruption is minimal, I think.

i prefer DAP because it doubles my download speed
