Yes,true.But the size of the exe gives not in principle hint on spyware.Try a SD Unwrapper and see what happens to your exe

In SD protected game the exe file is just a loader for encrypted .icd file which is a 'real' exe. So the 'real' exe size doesn't change that much

Yeah loaders are very common these days like Stubbs the zombie, Evil dead regeneration etc. Groups cant crack even Securom properly anymore, and the game performance decreases noticeably. Famous SafeDisk loader - COD2 too.
