SWAT 3 - 2-ELEMENT CAMPAIGN?

ok i finished up the last mission of the normal 5 man campaign. an epiloge and i was thrown at the main menu ( after checking out my final status ) . where can i play the 2-element campaign of this elite edition .. do i need to download anything else or what?
