I forgot about this game. I've had it for a while but couldn't get it to run on my old system. I figured I give a try on the new graphics card, but it still crashes right at the beginning, before even the first screen. I looked but can't find anything about the game online, and I could find zero about any game crashes.

EDIT: Never mind, solved my own problem. I ran it again and read the error report XP wanted to send to MS. Halfway throught the tree three letters jumped out at me .AVI, it's that damn AVI codec problem again! I renamed the 'Logo.avi' and added a '1', just before Explorer crashed. When I ran it the game skipped over the missing file and worked fine.

There's got to be some utility to fix codec compatablility problems. It seems like I've been haunted by similar problems with AVI codecs for as long as I can remember. You never know when one is going to screw your computer up...
