Reports of fixing compatibility issues for later OS' but says nothing on being a NoDVD as well (replaces GAMEMODULE.ELB, thus overwriting FAS' crk if in Program Files )...

UPDATE: Installed XXL 2 (on E:\Program Files (x86)\ ) & applied the file, it does work as NoDVD (& the game loads good) which is a relief, but unfortunately me fullscreen is garbled. So I tested the patcher from here, works also good, but garbles as well. Guess imma dxwnd or something
