Good finding ! It looks old but it could be a recent game :

RAM: more than 1 Gigabyte
Display Card: 256
CPU: 2.5 Ghtz

But game is only 126MB...

Judging from the HUD it is new.. think if it was older someone would've heared of it. Seems like some amateur shooter to me.

Amateurism is pretty cool by me in a world of corporate videogame companies.

And I love that some game comes from the arabic world. I totally expect the anti-us sentiment but how many us games are about the pride of their own army. To each his own. The bottomline is: everyone loves videogames.
