Looks interesting, like an FMV choose your path adventure. I don't know about adding it to the site though, as in-browser games tend to eventually die.

Perhaps turning it into a standalone exe would work? That's kinda similar to how Samorost was done? Albeit, it's no *oficial* release then, but technically speaking mirroring the flash game wouldn't be either. ;)

I tried a tool that embeds in browser that allows saving of flash games but it screwed up my browser and I had to uninstall it. Any recommendations of something similar that works well?

I usually save flash content manually by sifting through the html source, downloading the swfs and putting it on my local server, running the flash movies and checking in the server logs for files that the flahs movie tries to load.

However, this only works if the flash movie doesn't have fixed pointers to the original webhost, but references files indepentent of the server.

As for a tool, I wouldn't have a clue. :P

i think the problem with this specific game is even worse, since there is some protocol embedded in the SWF which connects to a flash video server to get the FLV streams. the protocol is binary and while filenames could be extracted, it seems the waypoint decisions are made by the server.

not easy i guess. and not really deployable as a standalone EXE.
