i was planning on uploading broken Sword 4 and Dreamfall and was looking for the ok to do so

I'd say go ahead with Broken Sword 4 but Dreamfall might still be too popular as it was one of the most successful adventures of the last several years.

wow that's interesting they seriously need to make number 3 ok i'll replace dreamfall with a Shadow Of Destiny PC iso i've had it on my for a couple years and i see you guys don't have it and i'll upload Broken Sword 4 as soon as i can

Shadow of Destiny ISO Demo has already been uploaded by a member.
It's waiting to be posted to the main site.
