I doubt it. Now there are no separate game entries on site, as they listed on year pages. It would require to rewrite the site code to implement such rating system.

We thought about this before...adding a vote button on each game entry with an average score.
We've added a few user reviews to game descriptions. As year pages are already very long maybe we can make a forum section where people can post their reviews and link to it from each game entry.
