I feel these were omitted for some reason, or just simply forgotten about. I'm also suprised it's not even on 3dsl for so long.

- it's 3d, in first person
- there's shooting, you can do the actual shooting
- multiplayer is supported (at least for the sequel)
- you shoot the heck out of monsters into balls
- you're NOT ON THE GROUND (this is probably the killer in which is why it's not on the site)
- it's the best looking 3d game of 1994 (imo)
- it flopped because Doom crushed everything else at the time
- the sequel is more of the same (like Doom 2 is to Doom)
- arcadeish physics, not a simulation (how do you simulate a fictional magic carpet vehicle anyhow?)
- MIDI music, I don't recall any CD tracks. Magic Carpet 2 had native AWE32 support with soundfonts though (and this can not be emulated currently)

Yeah, I've seen these listed on some sites with FPS games. I've even seen elder scrolls series also as FPS probably for arrow or magic shooting but I don't think it's enough to include those.
