Does anyone know of a good Windows app to convert these cdr images that are Hybrid PC/MAC cd's to more common Windows iso image?

These images *should* be 1:1 copies, ie a complete dump of the disk inserted. You might be helped by changing file type from 'cdr' to 'toast' and try that on 'Nero' or something capable of reading Roxio Toast images. HTH!
