Game does not like me adding files to end of rofs13 or replacing individual file. Decided to nother bother futher. Did spot an additional exe check asserting starting xor key each round matches hash algorithm on encrypted data. PC devs went way overboard on protecting the data. :o

Was asked about this R402 file. Very common ROFS extractor out there has a bug that makes corrupted files (door2e.do2, r211.rdt, r708.rdt, r1140.rbj, r3170.rbj, r31*.rbj). Checked PMdata's source code (reevengi-tools-0.5) and fixed the bug. Now I'm able to load game fully extracted and use new R402 file in hospital (no door crash at chapel).

R402 from jp and us are different but both uncensored.

USA RDT version is included in archive. Main difference between USA/JPN is text. Which now I realize would be different for other non-English languages. Hmm..

I can now confirm that :? So basically using r402 from other region can cause glitches like unlocalized texts or something like that.

Oh, I forgot: huge thanks for fixed rofs extractor, RE3ROFSBE v0.1b I previously used suffered that bug indeed, even if I never encountered the "door crash" @ the chapel.

I had a problem with the only left unedited video, the short 15 sec. "Nemesis" (not Last Escape Biohazard 3) intro, the "roopne.dat". SourceNext never had it included and all other sources (PSX, GC, PC) had the same LQ version as PSX had. So I reconstructed it with Sony Vegas in 720x480 from the "Biohazard 3/Last Escape" one, with parts of the long opening (dead police man part without any logo), added the logo and also "Nemesis" at the end of the video, took hours yesterday, but the result is fine (I worked frame accurate).
