Too bad it hardly moves me even one bit (favored Hudson & SEGA more), after Konami announced basically what, shamelessly milking existing IPs (most notably WE/PES-s & MGS) for all they're worth (with next to nothing new to think of, seems that torch silently went to SCEI/SIE), with their hardware focus shifting to Switch + keitai-s (they could find solid ground on the former's store, but Google Play + iOS store are brutal, even with all their advertising cash me thinks) :omg:
As for this IP, seems they're forcefully obligated to be jerks while also being handicapped to commit to work themselves, but apart from that I have next to no attachment and fondness to Castlevania, to me it has charm in arcade gameplay but that focus soon shifted to character overexposure and stylish whoring (my EXP - C1 NES gives interest in short bursts while SOTN goes in the bin, being looked at like prime vintage weaboo material rather of having good gameplay, FF7 suffers the same way IIRC) :x
A for effort to dejawolf, at least I'll give him that, got me partly intrigued in what the final product could be, or have been, dunno, good luck to him either way :)
