Fixing decade old developer mistakes by using iOS files. It seems to mess up the Norwegian subtitles however. æøå get mixed up. Where it should display an å i got an ø instead.

Those subtitles file seems to use character set codes for those special characters.

Obtain the iOS version and extract it with 7zip, place the tdb files here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ravn Studio\EngleKræsj\data

It also had a greek file which was completly empty, likely used as an template. Could be a refrence to "That is greek to me".

Subtitles file: Velg spr|0136k
Game: Velg Sprøk
What it should be: Velg Språk

Text is a bitch.

Included the pc subtitles, it is a pak file which i werent able to open with quickbms and it various scripts. Luckily the game did accept the iOS files as is.

Fixed it with notepad++ with some ghetto effort, since I werent able to find the proper command. Had to write down the steps as to not confuse myself

Fixed the Norwegian subtitles.

Steps in notepad++
Replace |0135 with |9999
Replace |0136 with |0135
Replace |9999 with |0136

Made sure |9999 wasnt used for anything else...

If you also replace the PC fonts files with the one from the iOS version, you dont have to do the editing above:

Looking at the credits section it seem like a few people of Eastern European origin worked on the game.

Can't escape the slavjank.

"Dimitrijevic" Seems to be Serbian in origin.

Long-timers in Norway (both Vojislav and Aleksandar, both composers, with former animating here and there too), though I couldn't pinpoint their immigration generation, as any history of them before y2k is nonexistent (could even be war refugees AFAIK)

Not sure I'd want to say that in your shoes

As such, I started making in-depth YouTube tutorials and over the years, people supported my efforts and kept asking for more.

Maybe I should ask him how the fudge the fsb format works then, jk :P Not sure how involved he would have been with it. Looks like he is running his own software development firm now. https://www.proff.no/selskap/dwarf-cave ... 36P2W0C2C/

The DS port of Flåklypa Grand Prix is acceptable. Not really a port per say, while it does have some of the same minigames it is mostly its own thing.
