Another game i came across...called DesBlood VR or short DVBR from an japanese company called Illusion Software.Its believed to be the best Resident Evil clone and i read that its also availible in english!

Introduction:

The DBVR is an adult violence/action game, meaning it contains sex. Therefore it is intended solely for people over the age of 18. Des Blood VR is of the survival horror (CAPCOM"S RESIDENT EVIL) type game, if you played any of these you will be quickly familiar with how to play this game. You basically explore the game enviroments which are CG stills with 3-d polygon objects scattered about.Objects come in 3 varieties, power ups ,weapons, and things trying to kill you. The objects usually fairly obvious to discern (turn up your brightness or gamma settings if not) as they seem to be shining or moving in the backgrounds. Monsters and gangsters are usually walking in circles until you get close enough to them, and they attack.Once in range a red target appears on the enemy and you have a clear shot.

The game is a Resident Evil format, only more evil and less residents.

The difficults part is to find the patches (savefile, uncut patches and update patches). Tried everything yesterday but only found one ftp server which is down now

From what i read so far, the game (first part) consists of 3 CDs.The other parts DVBR 2-3, A-GA... aren´t that good anymore cause they contain less action, more cut-pron-scenes (FMV) with no interaction.

Well, okay...agree to a certain point.Most of the Hentai games wouldnt fit into our genre section.But hey, in particular DBVR (and maybe A-GA) would fit cause of their shooting style.But crap? Nooooo man, i think a mental refreshment during hard zombie shooting session could raise game fun .

Related to the other Hentai parts....actually what i have seen so far, the other DesBlood parts are mostly plain porn games.The mentioned Des Blood VR and A-GA seem to be single projects which are focusing on action-survival-horror elements.

I think I will take off most of the hentai entries from Adventure Legends and just leave the more serious ones with interesting/unusual plots.

Regarding the Des Blood series of games, #4 has adventure and 3rd-person shooter elements as well. This is the first I've heard of DBVR but sounds good if it has survival horror as well, though the whole series' main focus is on sex.

yeah your right.This sex-Hentai games could be left out.So i would say the interesting games for our sections would be:

- DesBlood #4
- DesBlood VR (DBVR which has the most horror/action elements)
- A-GA (doz more rape parts than DBVR )
- Brutish Mine which is a adventure-RPG and very similar to Onimusha
but its the "hardest" to play&understand compared to the others above.

NINE! YEAR! BUMP!
Since all three BIKO games fit, might as well all DES BLOODs (except RACING, for obvious reasons). 1 and 2 to AL, and 3 to SL (couldn't confirm the second to contain shooting, played the first one). For reference see here!
EDIT: AND while I'm still here, and not in the mood to make new threads, part 001 for DB4 and the entirety of DBVR are dead. in advance...
