I am new this forum and I like it very much as I download some games here.

As I see in the main page, some games are needed to be discussed in forum, and I try to search for any topic regarding to post game request in this forum, but I do not see. Ok please admin advise where to post a game request as well.

Yeah. But this doesn't mean we have those games and you'll get links here. It's meant to say If you have that game upped somewhere or want to up it and contribute the site, just tell us in the forum about it. It was once in German and during the translation I think it got a little unclear to some

That description is meant to be vague.....basically, if you have it then offer to up it for us or request it and see if someone else will offer to up it.
