This game had a decent following in Japan in the early 2000s and was described by one reviewer as a cross between Quake and Bomberman. XeNN released it as both a free online download (with limited features) and a retail CD-ROM (published by NEC Interchannel). At the end of 2007, the servers were shut down and the company disappeared soon after. Many of the official downloads for this game were not archived by the Wayback Machine, but after some digging I found a working link for the latest version as well as a map editor. I also came across a serial key for one of the versions while researching Battle Beat, but I can't find it at the moment.

I'm not sure if this game should be uploaded here since it's barely playable without the online features, but let me know if you'd like a DL link and I'll provide it!

Works best on a host Windows OS with DirectPlay turned on (you can't play it if this feature is turned off)

I know this and it was in my topic of undumped japanese things for some time, before I discovered it was a mmo game.

I saw the retail disc some times on auctions but I never bought it because I think it's no different from digital download version. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, I guess the biggest difference would be that the retail version comes with a serial key.
