As a work for Retro Remakes competition 2006, a remake was made for the PC platform, featuring improved graphics of the 1987 Commodore 64 shmup Zynaps. The program is written in Blitz Basic 2d. The game is a scrolling shoot-em-up with 10 levels, various powerups and end of level bad guys. Shoot everything and don't crash into the scenery. Features: 10 levels of fast arcade action; Multiple alien types; End of level guardians; Speech and stunning sound and music; Various power ups - tool up for mega-destruction; 5 skill levels. |
