In the last decade or so Nvidia broke compatbility with IML32.dll this affects many games which used its library. https://steamcommunity.com/app/506840/discussions/2/341537388319302027/?ctp=3 So you have to disable your GPU. (Device manager) Copy the crack (sabeltann.exe) from the Image/CD (crack folder) Start the game. Close the game Enable your GPU again Start the game again You want to start the game from Sabeltann.exe not Kaptein_sabeltann.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\PAN Vision\Sabeltann\Sabeltann.exe" I advice taking backup of the savefiles as the crack may have a problem with save corruption. Take backup of the file here C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\PAN Vision\Sabeltann as you go. It will become 0 bytes on savefile corruption. For me it happened when I exited the abandoned pirate ship on the third island, if you play the entire chapter in one go it is less likely to crash/corrupt your savefile. Otherwise the story is playable to completion. |
