About the AI ... don't worry, in the versions I've played (1.00 and 1.20 [which is supposedly the last update]) the AI is virtually non-existant for some monsters, randomly running into walls.

As far as I know there's only a German version of the full game available (at very least on the internet it seems ... I've downloaded it from 3 different places and all seem to be the 3DSL release [which is an .iso] or a plain rip of the gamefiles having identical signatures).

It's listed on the old Soft Enterprises websites on Archive.org but sadly wasn't indexed and can't be downloaded. If I recall correctly it was also available as a 3.5" disc from the producer/distributor directly back when the game was released. Maybe someone of ...
