Proper .mdf/.mds image and drive emulator using Alcohol 120%/Daemon Tools (with RMPS emulation enabled, if i remember correctly). If you're not using Daemon Tools Pro, which allows to emulate IDE drive (e.t. using SCSI virtual drive), then you need to physically disable your other CD ...
