Missing file on the Furby: Big Fun in Furbyland download.

I downloaded Furby: Big Fun in Furbyland but came with three files. I extracted the mdf file, but after a few seconds, it said that i needed a archive which did not come with the download. The file name is frbybfif.part4.rar. Can you please fix the download and provide me the file?
