By the way, this game was included in 3 computer magazines in Poland, namely Świat Przygód z Hugo, Play and Komputer świat gry. I only found ISO with this game from the first two magazines:

I've reuploaded the GOG versions (v1.4.9 (23028) for windows - v2.0.0.9 for Mac).
