Well, in a small community like ours, it gives a chance for regular forum members to get to know someone new. In a large forum, with tons of welcomes, it becomes more pointless as I've noticed elsewhere since responding and welcoming so many people each day would drive me nuts.

Scaryfun you still didn't have to make this section its was only a suggestion not a request lol if nobody likes/wants it why keep it?

Scaryfun, instead of making a new section, you should add a very important feature this forum lacks:
"Search in title only"
