If you get problems after running Setup.bat:
The game doesn't work because files are missing.

The problem comes from the rip group's packager, who made an error in the batch script.

To fix that you need to copy the following files/folders to the "data" folder of the game:
missionshi.uha
Zoneshi.uha
Zoneslo.uha
data.uha
missionslo.uha
UHARC.EXE

then run Setup.bat and the game will works.
