S.C.A.R.S. missing a file in download

i went to download S.C.A.R.S. on the website, but it seem to be missing 1 file, called "scrs.part2.rar"

Please use the "broken downloads" section next time dude. It will be fixed asap.

it's not a broken download, it's a missing file.

Still the wrong section: wrong links, missing parts or broken download, all goes there.
