My understanding is that those other values should be ignored then and you wont use the sudo vsync/framerate cap implemented by Unreal Engine.

With a powerful GPU, you are probably gonna be CPU limited or more like the game dont use more than 4 (?) cores. Could probably have gotten a bit more performance out of my CPU, but I was intentionally limiting it as part of unrelated troubleshooting. The later levels seems to run a bit better than the start.

I used the retail copy in this example, but I dont see any reason it would differ other than the default location of that file.
May cause a few bugs, but I havent noticed anything game breaking.
