from FAQ Yahoo Briefcases error messages -
6. "Please verify your password" : If using download script, click "Sign in as a different user.", else click "Sign off" then click the 3dsl briefcase link again and it will allow you in. Once done getting all files in one briefcase, click "Sign off" before going to another briefcase to avoid getting this message
