CHANGES:

-Fixed compatibility for non-SSE chipsets such as the AMD Thunderbird
-Fixed bug with level 0 not being accessible
-Fixed death loop bug
-Fixed crash bug when proper movie codec was not installed
-Fixed bug with thrown-weapon selection
-Fixed bug with being able to switch weapons during rebirth effect (End of
game)

use regmon to see what it asks in the registry and then add missing info by yourself.

u should look for installshield entries or hclm/sofware/developer/suffering.
the patch is installshield packed, right?
i mean look what installshield asks in the registry.

The best way would be for someone who has the full game to patch the game and then upload the changed files only.That list of registry entries of yours DEAD -MEAT looks pretty complicated to replicate. I seem to remember having this problem trying to patch the half life rip - the upped hi-res addon worked a treat. :up:

i think i have made a regpatch for the update.
though i have no rip of this game, but i hope it works:

Well, that's the problem... there's no regfile/regsetup included

The game seems to work fine without any reg settings but updating does not.

If there was a regfile I had mentioned/upped it long time ago. Sorry again
