Im looking for some help for deadly dozen 2 pacific theater

i have the patch 2.20 to 2.38 but it doesn't work because the file ddozen2.exe isn't the original one, and so isn't possible to update the game.

Then, i need for the patch the original exe, version 2.20, or for all file update or maybe the update cracked 2.38 beacuse i get the rip
