It is a warm and lovely spring day in the familiar and cozy tree stump in Paradise Park. Suddenly Skipper & Skeeto hear a mysterious sound. A mound of earth pushed up from below, and Ruben shows up in the middle of the living room floor. He will make an underground system, and is in the process of putting his underground tunnel directly into their room. Skeeto becomes extremely unhappy with this. Out in the park, Molly has almost finished building the sundial, and it's about time to bring everyone to the inauguration party. Can Skipper & Skeeto help Molly to invite everyone to the party?
