This is a fanmade great little demo that shows what a true Diablo 2 remake could look like using Unreal Engine 5. As well, it showcases some of the developer's talents. It's never meant to be a full game. In Diablo II, the Durance of Hate is accessed by destroying the Compelling Orb. It is the final zone of Act III, and has a waypoint hidden on the second level. Deep within lies a portal to the fiery underworld, opened by the reunited Prime Evils to make way for Diablo. After the player defeats Mephisto, he/she follows the Lord of Terror into Hell with the Lord of Hatred's soulstone in tow. |
