An isolated island in the Adriatic Sea near Venice. In a magnificent Western-style mansion built on the island, an old man (Teo Padrino) lives a leisurely life surrounded by maids who have been illegally gathered from all over the world. Katsuragi Ryoichi (the protagonist) is invited to the mansion on this isolated island as the old man's personal physician. As an internal medicine physician, he is given the authority to command the maids and is also entrusted with managing their health. Unable to read the old man's true intentions, Katsuragi enters into a strange life with the maids that is stylized like the 19th century. The scenario features multiple stories and multiple endings, making players want to play the game over and over again. | ||
