Thanks - converting it did the trick!

Unecm[ing] CITY2000.ecm seems to produce a 700mb+ document file. Dosbox does not recognise it as a valid image and renaming the file extension to either iso or mdf has no effect. Did anyone else experience this issue?

Edit: unraring the main files gives the aforementioned CITY2000.ecm and CITY2000 ...

Near the end of L'Affaire Morlov, the player has to enter a specific room to complete the mission objective. However, clicking on that room produces the following error:

"Cannot open picture D:\img320\_S\_p140\SalleVI1.140"

Consequently, clicking on anything makes the game quit to windows ...
