After downloading the game and mounting the image file and starting the installation a windows pop up with writing in russian and something about unarc.dll and nothing gets installed.

Sorry but I meant Inhabited Island The Earthling Wicho is an adventure game like myst.

I have seen un places like myabandonware that exists a patch/fix that adds English subtitles to the game but I can't find it anywhere. Is real the patch or just wishfull thinking.
